Responsible for copywriting in the execution of global and regional branding and marketing campaigns together with the Creative and Product teams, under the direction of the SVP of Global Brand & Product. Responsible for publishing and managing branding and promotional content on web, social media platforms and via EDM. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and prepare campaign and platform performance reports.


Brand Executives will report directly to the Head of Branding & A&P.



Specific KPIs to be determined based on Annual Targets

  • Performance of social media platforms – followers, engagement
  • Performance of campaigns – conversions and rev targets
  • Performance of web platform – conversions and rev targets
  • Meeting deadlines

Key Duties:

  • Copywriting
  • Assist in the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
  • Prepare progress and performance reports for ongoing campaigns
  • Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
  • Assist in incorporating marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy
  • Organises and attends company-wide and marketing events
  • Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars
  • Assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of new marketing department staff
  • Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures
  • Participate in all work-related marketing activities such as livestream, photoshoot, voice over and etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

Native-level fluency in spoken and written English. This is a strict pre-requisite. Additional languages to English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.


Preferably a holder of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field with a minimum 3 years Marketing Experience.
